PBNSG is proud to offer whole food, plant-based, oil free recipes from our nationally renowned chefs and culinary enthusiasts!

Some recipes follow Plant Perfect (PP) guidelines and contain 100% whole grain, plant-based foods with no added oil, nuts, seeds, avocado or coconut, and minimal salt and sweeteners.  No more than 10% of the total calories in these recipes come from fat. 

Some recipes are Plant Strong (PS) and differ by allowing additional whole food ingredients, such as nuts and seeds which have naturally occurring fats, and with no more than 25% of the total calories from fat.
