PS Easy Chocolate Lava Cake for Two

INGREDIENTS

  • ¼ c oat flour

  • 2 T aquafaba (chickpea liquid_

  • ¼ t vanilla

  • 1 T cocoa powder

  • 1 t baking powder

  • 3 T date paste

  • 1 T non-dairy chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Mix the dry ingredients together.

  3. Mix the wet ingredients together.

  4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry and combine well.

  5. Move the batter into a ½ qt dish (2 c) or two small ramekins or oven safe baking dish.

  6. Add the chocolate chips by placing in the center of the batter. Carefully push the chocolate chips down and cover with surrounding batter on top.

  7. Bake for 22 minutes. You want the cake batter to be cooked well enough that a toothpick comes out clean. (Do not test the center because of the pool of chocolate.
