INGREDIENTS

  • 1 recipe of Cauliflower Taco Meat

  • 2 cans vegetarian Bush’s baked beans

  • 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

  • 1 can lima beans, rinsed and drained or frozen

  • 3 T vinegar

  • 1 T Liquid Smoke

  • 1 t salt

  • 1/8 t pepper

  • 1 c onions, chopped

  • 1 c ketchup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Sauté onions.

  2. In a large crockpot, place the beans, sautéed onions, vinegar, Liquid Smoke, salt, pepper, and ketchup.

  3. Mix all ingredients, except “Cauliflower Taco Meat” well.

  4. Cook in your crockpot for 2 to 4 hours.

  5. Meanwhile, make your “Cauliflower Taco Meat”.

  7. In the last 30 minutes of crockpot simmer, one fold in one recipe of “Cauliflower Taco Meat” to the crockpot.

  8. You can eat these luscious beans cold or warm
