Natalie Gray Brodsky is a self-taught plant-based chef who is passionate about using food as medicine and the intersection of nutrition with taste and aesthetic. Natalie has been cooking for more than a decade and has successfully run a farmer’s market stand, put on several ticketed ”pop-up” dinners, and has catered small private events with as many as 30 guests.

Initially inspired by her chiropractor father, Natalie developed an interest in holistic medicine and living a healthy lifestyle at a young age. She soon discovered that cooking was her favorite outlet to express this interest because it allowed her to combine creativity with wellness. She is a certified plant-based nutrition expert through the Cornell School of Plant-Based Nutrition and a certified health coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Natalie currently owns and operates Gray Table Cuisine, a plant-based personal chef and boutique catering service based in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan that aims to bring health-forward yet still beautiful, delicious and approachable cuisine to the people of metro Detroit.

Gray Table offers weekly a la carte meal delivery services, personal chef services, small-scale catering services, and hands-on learning experiences to fit your needs.
