Frank Lee

As a practicing Tai Chi teacher for over 15 years, Frank Lee has always advocated for a balanced, wholistic and healthy lifestyle. When he turned 67, he decided that the way to be in charge of his own health was to change the way he thought about food and start living a Whole Food Plant Based way of life.

Frank then began his ‘SANE for Life’ group to promote the philosophies of restful sleep, positive attitudes, Whole Food and Plant Based Nutrition and Mind, Body and Spirit related exercise and to help support people adapt these values in their own lives. He shares his passion for cooking Asian plant-based cuisines from China, Korea and India daily through his creative photographs and inspirational posts and is excited to spread his love of holistic wellness throughout the world.
