PS Gluten-Free Banana Hazelnut Pancakes with Blueberries

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ c oat flour

  • ¼ c oats

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2 T flaxseed freshly ground

  • 2 T hazelnuts

  • ½ c plant milk (I used soy)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix, spoon into a hot skillet, cook 3-5 min each side.

  2. Add toppings of your choice like my fresh blueberries or banana.
