Last night, we attended the Bloomfield Small Group in the home of Bob and Jeane Finnigan. We had an delicious assortment of food, which included Teriyaki Mushrooms, Handmade Pizza with a Gluten Free Crust, Bean Soup, Garlic Dip, Fruit, Vegetables, and Hibiscus Tea. Jeane is a certified Raw Chef who spoke with us about hidden sources of caffeine in foods and GMO labeling. She is an incredible resource for our members and for her Small Group members!
Our Small Groups provide our members with support, encouragement, the ability to learn more about transitioning to whole food plant based, sharing stories of our journeys, and meeting new friends. We encourage everyone to consider joining a Small Group to learn more!
