Rochester Hills Small Group


This month's topic was estrogen, phytoestrogen and myths of soy. As always, there were delicious WFPB dishes, including Power Bowl (brown rice, steamed kale, onions and red peppers, and air-fried, no-oil tofu) with no-oil, homemade vegan mayonnaise, roasted vegetables, corn and kale salad, strawberry chia pudding, and fresh fruit! It was good food and good conversation.
