Makes: 4 Servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
4 ripe bananas, peeled, chopped and frozen
2 c strawberries, washed and halved
1 c white beans, cooked and drained
1 t vanilla extract
2 T hemp seeds
1 ½ c water
Place the strawberries in a blender jar and blend to get a liquid base.
Add the rest of the ingredients, adjusting the water content to attain your desired consistency.
Taste test and add any extras you like, i.e. plant-based milk, other berries or dates for sweetness.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately or store in your fridge for later.
