Cook time: 15 microwave seconds
3 T nutritional yeast
¼ t coriander
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t black pepper
¼ t salt (optional)
1 t tamari soy sauce
¼ c soy or almond milk
Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Microwave 15 seconds.
Drizzle onto food as is or add a little water for a thin consistency.
This super easy, low-fat sauce is delicious over pasta, broccoli, and kale.
