Makes: 6 cups of Salsa
Prep Time: 10 minutes
- 1 apple, cored and chopped small
- 1 c strawberries, stemmed and chopped small
- 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped small
- ½ pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped small
- 1 c grapes, chopped small
- 2 small container blueberries
- 1 c pomegranate arils
- 2 T fruit spread/no sugar added jam, any flavor
- (Optional) 1-2 T Grand Marnier
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well.
- Serve with a no fat/low-fat cracker or chip.
