PP Holiday Fruit Salsa

Makes:  6 cups of Salsa
Prep Time:  10 minutes








  • 1 apple, cored and chopped small
  • 1 c strawberries, stemmed and chopped small
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and chopped small
  • ½ pineapple, peeled, cored and chopped small
  • 1 c grapes, chopped small
  • 2 small container blueberries
  • 1 c pomegranate arils
  • 2 T fruit spread/no sugar added jam, any flavor
  • (Optional) 1-2 T Grand Marnier


  1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix together well.  
  2. Serve with a no fat/low-fat cracker or chip.
