Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
- ¼ c cocoa powder
- ¼ c agave
- 1 package silken tofu
- 2 T vanilla almond milk
- 1 t vanilla extract
- Fresh blueberries for topping (optional)
- Add all ingredients to your blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth, pausing to scrape down the sides if necessary.
- Chill mixture in serving bowls for one hour.
- Top with fresh berries and serve.
This recipe can also be made into a Chocolate Mousse Pie. Pour into pie crust and chill in the refrigerator or freezer. Top with berries. See link on my site.
