- 1c chickpeas
- 1c almond milk
- 2 T dried chopped onions
- 1/4-1/2 t salt to taste
- a bunch or kale, washed
- Steam the kale by putting it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or steam on stove top.
- Place the rest of the sauce ingredients in the Vitamix and blend.
- Arrange kale on plate and top with the sauce.
