Ingredients

  • 1c chickpeas
  • 1c almond milk
  • 2 T dried chopped onions
  • 1/4-1/2 t salt to taste
  • a bunch or kale, washed

Directions 

  1. Steam the kale by putting it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes or steam on stove top.
  2. Place the rest of the sauce ingredients in the Vitamix and blend.
  3. Arrange kale on plate and top with the sauce.
