- 1 bunch kale, washed and torn into bite-sized pieces
For the sauce:
- ⅔ c water
- 1 ½ t yellow miso
- ½ t low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 T nutritional yeast
- 1 ½ t cornstarch
- Place kale in pot with ¼ cup water. Cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, until kale has wilted and turns darker green.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in blender. Cook and stir over medium heat until gravy thickens.
- Pour over kale and serve hot.
