Ingredients
- 1 pkg. macaroni, cooked according to package directions
Sauce
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 3 cups soy milk
- 8 T nutritional yeast
- 3 T oat flour
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t powdered onion
- 1 t Sriracha sauce
- ½ t salt
Directions
- Place cashews in blender. Blend to a grainy powdered texture. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Cook and stir over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until thickened.
- Combine noodles and sauce and serve immediately.
Tip: For a lower fat version, substitute 1 c of water for 1 c of soy milk.
