Adene Keller

Adene Keller and Jeremy Glogower talk about Plant-Based living, and how to do it!

Adene Keller, BSN RN-BC

Adene Keller is a board certified registered nurse who has been in practice for nearly 30 years, mostly in the cardiac department. Currently she works in cardiopulmonary rehab, educating patients on healthy lifestyle changes and exercise. In 2009 she read Dr. Esselstyn's book Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease, and as a cardiac nurse, felt she needed not only to read about this diet, but follow the diet in order to accurately teach it. In 2010 she started the Canton Project: a Whole Food Plant Based Nutrition Support Group along with cardiologist Dr. Terry Tegtmeier. She has attended Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn's 5 hour class and completed a Plant Based Nutrition certification from eCornell.

She enjoys teaching, presenting cooking classes and helping people make healthier choices. She resides in Massillon Ohio with her carnivore husband. "My husband started cooking his own meals when I stopped eating meat. Darn, I should have started this way of eating a lot sooner!"
