Jill Ovnik-Keb has been passionate about healthy cuisine since 1998. After receiving her B.S. in psychology, Ovnik became a certified food educator through the Food Studies Institute in N. Y.

In 2005, Ovnik-Keb wrote and produced an eighty minute DVD; Change Your Food, Change Your Life) and launched a website (VeganGal.com) to educate, motivate and offer recipes through a free monthly e-newsletter.

In 2008 she joined the team of Nutrition and Culinary Instructors at PCRM out of Washington D.C. A non-for-profit, The Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine serves up life-changing classes on Cancer, Diabetes, Weight-Loss and Kid’s Cooking all over the country.

For over 10 years her Walk on the Beach weekend Retreats in South Haven, Michigan have been her favorite annual event. The last several years she’s built up a video & recipe resource at HealthyFactsInc.com

She strives for nothing less than exposing everyone to quality, tasty foods that heal. 'With education and exposure to great food, health can be greatly improved and lives may be changed!', Ovnik-Keb strongly believes in a desperate need to shift to sustainable food practices as well.
