Jean Hayes, Chef

Jean Hayes is a registered nurse with a passion for plant-based eating and cooking. She has a certificate in plant based nutrition from eCornell and she and her family started their quest for better health in 2012 after she learned that plant-based nutrition can not only prevent, but reverse many chronic health conditions.

She has spent the last two years discovering the fabulous flavor combinations possible in a whole foods plant-based diet and loves to share her dishes and the benefits she and her family have experienced with anyone who will listen!
