On Sunday we had the pleasure of meeting at the home of Yolanda Garfield. We enjoyed the lakefront view as we dined on Plant Based Cuisine on the deck. Jeremy did a live Kitchen demonstration of how to make Creamed Kale and it only took about 10 minutes. First time visitors to the group included our new friend Sally, as well as Debbie Jones. Together we shared the stories of our incredible journeys through the world of PBN.
