Ingredients

  • 2 T nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. kelp granules 
  • 1 tsp. capers
  • 1/3 cup soy or almond milk
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. maple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well. (Ingredients can also be mixed in a blender until smooth and creamy.)

Tip

  1. When company is coming, I like to make this salad dressing a bit fancier by adding 1/3 cup raw cashews. To do that, grind the cashews to a fine granules before adding other ingredients.
