Ingredients

  • 4 c sunflower sprouts
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 c cherry tomatoes 
  • 1 c raw corn or sprouted chickpeas
  • 1/2 c red onion, chopped

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together or top last four ingredients on top of sprouts and enjoy. 

Tip:  To sprout chickpeas soak overnight and rinse well or cut organic corn right off the cob.
